Greetings!

I have been gone for a while but I am hopefully going to be posting more often. I wanted to share a great pattern I found and have used before from The Dainty Daisy. It is a shell stitch beanie hat. It looks complicated to make, but the directions were fairly simple to follow and the end product look beautiful. You can find the pattern here http://thedaintydaisyblog.blogspot.com/2010/04/shell-stitch-beanie.html
My end product is being sold on my shop and it looks like this:

The Dainty Daisy also is doing a project called Rosie's Cozies. Anyone can send in crochet/knit hats and she will donate them to the local hospital  The story behind the project is inspirational and I have created about twenty hats to donate. All the information you need is on her website that you can find on the link above.  Speaking of giving, Christmas is coming up and a nice crocheted item would make a great gift. I am going to be uploading an adorable bag soon for sale.

Thanks for reading!

The Lovely Loops Shop is now open!

As you know I have been crocheting for a while now and I have decided to put those skills to good use . My parents have recently brought up the topic of college and the need for money so I decided to start selling crochet accessories to help pay for college. These items would be great for Christmas as it is never too early to think about the gift giving. My shop can be found here:http://lovelyloopscrochet.blogspot.com/p/lovely-loops-shop.html .

Hope you enjoy ,
Britt

My first post!

Hello everyone! My name is Britt and I am new to blogging. A little bit about me is that I am a teenager who has been crocheting for nine years. I am an active student, daughter, and sister. I plan on sharing all of my projects with you all and hopefully creating some new patterns to share. In a couple months my goal is to create an Etsy shop to sell some crochet items to earn money to attend college. Again, I am new to this whole blogging thing so if you have any advice please feel free to share.

Thanks,
Britt
